Customer Support Team Member

We are hiring for our EU support staff role within YeetMonitors!

As a member of our support team, you will be expected to be on-call to attend to new/existing tickets for at least 10 hours of the day. This isn’t a position with any set working hours, instead, you have to reply to tickets as and when they’re interacted with.

The ideal candidate for the job will be someone who is/has:

  • Has an excellent understanding of both spoken and written English

  • Someone who has excellent skills in both spoken and written English

  • Someone who is incredibly reliable

  • Great social skills

  • A passion to help our community

  • Experience/knowledge of our products

  • Polite, patient and responsive in replying to customer queries.

  • Able to act on feedback/requests of management staff.
